I have been buying, selling and inspecting Real Estate since 1990 and received my Home Inspection training from Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario through industry leader, Carson Dunlop and Associates. I as own and operate a small genural contracting company for the last 15 years building custom homes.

Inspectors at Prestigious Home Inspections Inc. believe that consumer education is one of the key duties of a good home inspector. The more that a homeowner knows about the systems and componets of the home, it’s maintenance requirements and it’s condition, the more fulfilling homeownership will be. • I have passed InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination.
• I have completed InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course.
• I have taken InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice Course.
• I have passed InterNACHI’s Safe Practices for the Home Inspector Examination.
• I have taken InterNACHI’s Structural Course.
• I have passed InterNACHI’s Residential Plumbing Overview Examination.
• I have completed InterNACHI’s Roofing Inspection Course.
• I have completed InterNACHI’s Electrical Inspection Course.
• I abide by InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics.
• I follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice.
• I have completed the InterNACHI's Mold Course.
• I have complete the InterNACHI's Commurcial training Course.
• I have taken the Ontario Building Code part 9.
• I fulfill a minimum 60hours of Continuing Education every year.
• I have attendend and complete the KAPLAN PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLs Pool and Spa Inspection Course.
• I have completed my FLIR Thermal Imaging Camera training by the industry leader FLIR.
• I understand the time constraints imposed by conditional offers and am available evenings and weekends.
• I generate easy-to-read inspection reports with support to follow.
